1. Who we are

This website (dodolab.com.ar) belongs to DodoLab. You can write to us at info@dodolab.com.ar.

2. Use of the website

The website is for information and contact purposes. You agree to use it in good faith and not to:

• send illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access restricted areas, interfere with the website or carry out attacks;
• use bots or automated means to send forms or messages in bulk;
• try to manipulate the AI assistant to obtain improper information or answers.

3. Artificial intelligence assistant

The assistant replies automatically, based on the information on the website, and can make mistakes. Its answers are for guidance only and are not an offer, a commercial proposal or a commitment on price, timeline or conditions.

Prices, timelines and conditions are only valid when stated in a formal proposal sent by our team.

4. Contracted services

No services are sold or contracted online on this website: every engagement is agreed in writing, through a proposal and a contract, which prevail over these terms.

5. DodoChat and BrokLink plans

DodoChat and BrokLink monthly plans are paid in advance: when signing up, the setup or onboarding and the first month are paid, and the service starts once the payment clears.

Plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Additional BrokLink mailboxes have a 12-month minimum term.

Paid months and one-time payments are not refunded, unless the service could not be provided for reasons attributable to DodoLab or where applicable law requires it.

Price changes do not apply in the middle of a paid period and are announced at least 30 days in advance.

6. Consumer rights

If you hire our services as a consumer under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240, nothing in these terms limits the rights that law grants you.

You can file complaints with the consumer protection authority through the Federal Single Window, using the consumer protection link in the website footer.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, illustrations, brand and other content of the website belong to DodoLab or are used with permission, and are protected by Intellectual Property Law 11,723 and trademark law. They may not be reproduced without prior permission.

You may quote excerpts from blog articles, as long as you credit the source with a link to the original article.

8. Links to other websites

The website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Liability

The website content is general in nature and does not replace a specific analysis of your case. We work to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors.

10. Privacy

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy, in accordance with Law 25,326.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
