1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the database and of the personal data processed on this website (dodolab.com.ar) is DodoLab.
For any question about privacy or your data, write to info@dodolab.com.ar.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to reply to you:
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- AI assistant: the messages in the conversation, an automatically generated summary and, if you fill in the form inside the chat, the same contact details and your preferred time.
- Live chat: the messages you exchange with our team and, if you provide them, your name and email.
- Record data: the page you wrote from, the language and the date and time you gave your consent.
- Technical data: strictly necessary cookies and your IP address, used temporarily to protect the website against abuse.
We do not ask for or need sensitive data as defined in section 2 of Law 25,326 (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, union membership, health or sex life). Please do not send it through the form or the chat.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without a way to contact you, such as your email, we cannot reply.
3. What we use your data for
We process your data with your free, express and informed consent, which you give when you send the form or your details in the chat (section 5 of Law 25,326), and only for these purposes:
- replying to your enquiry, understanding your needs and, where relevant, preparing a proposal;
- sending you confirmation that we received your message;
- protecting the website against spam, attacks and misuse;
- sending you news or content, only if you give specific consent for it, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data, we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes and we do not use it for purposes other than, or incompatible with, those described here.
4. Artificial intelligence assistant
The website assistant replies automatically and can make mistakes. Its answers are for guidance only: prices, timelines and conditions are only valid in a formal proposal from our team.
To generate replies, the conversation messages are processed by a contracted artificial intelligence provider. We work with providers that do not use the data sent to train their models.
The conversation is only linked to your enquiry if you send us your details through the form in the chat.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share data with service providers that process it on our behalf, following our instructions, without being able to use it for other purposes and under a duty of confidentiality (section 25 of Law 25,326):
- website and database hosting providers;
- an artificial intelligence provider, to run the assistant;
- an email delivery service, for confirmations and replies;
- a messaging service, used to alert our team when a new enquiry arrives and to answer live conversations on the website.
We may also disclose data when required by law or ordered by a competent authority.
If you want to know exactly which companies provide these services, ask for the list by writing to info@dodolab.com.ar.
6. International data transfers
Some of these providers process data on servers located outside Argentina, including in countries that the AAIP does not consider to offer an adequate level of protection, such as the United States.
In accordance with section 12 of Law 25,326, these transfers are made with your express consent, which you give when you send the form or your details in the chat after being informed in this policy, and with providers that take on confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to those of Argentine law.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised.
If you become a client, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.
8. Your rights
As the data subject, you can at any time:
- find out whether we process your data and access it (section 14);
- ask for it to be corrected, updated or, where applicable, deleted (section 16);
- ask for it to be kept confidential;
- withdraw your consent and ask us to stop sending you communications.
To exercise these rights, write to info@dodolab.com.ar stating your request and a way to verify your identity. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and requests for correction, update or deletion within 5 business days, as required by law. The process is free of charge.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in section 14, subsection 3 of Law 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data (sections 9 and 10 of Law 25,326), such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, restricted access to the internal panel and limits against unauthorised access attempts.
10. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses strictly necessary cookies to work and, only if you accept them in the cookie notice, Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit length and device type, without identifying you by name. Google may process this data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the «Cookies» link in the site footer.
